The CZ 455 is the next generation of the CZ bolt action rimfire rifle, updated from the CZ 452 to take advantage of new manufacturing technology contributing to both tighter tolerances for improved accuracy and smoother operation. The action is fully machined from bar stock, the trigger is adjustable for weight of pull, and a standard 11mm dovetail is milled into the receiver. The CZ 455 American has a turkish walnut stock and a 20.5 cold hammer-forged sporter barrel.
