Remington's 1911 R1 Commander is in a shorter more concealable package. It features a forged carbon steel frame and slide with a match-grade stainless steel barrel and busing. The frame also has a double-diamond walnut grips. Its slide has dovetailed three-dot sight system and an ajustable rear. The 1911 R1 Commander comes with one 7-round magazine. This model is chambered in 45ACP and has a black oxide metal finish.
